Researches tell that people have allergy of specific food will show uncomfortably symptoms. Such as allergy of berries or sea shell can cause reddish and itchy skin.
Observation about food allergy shows that there is a relation between allergy and addiction. Food makes body react uncomfortably and try to adapt to itself. At the beginning, heart pulse and breathing become faster and sufferer will be tense, sweat, pale and even pain. Second, the body will try to cope with the symptoms, so it will reach immunity and the sufferer will get better when all symptoms have reduced. Third, a certain period of tired phases, when food causes allergy can be eaten again with no more uncomfortably effects against the person.
