HYPERTENSION
The normal blood pressure is about 120/70, but it is still supposed to be normal if it is about 140/90. If more than these measurements, about 180/120, it has tended to hypertension. The blood pressure might be systole or diastole based on the number of pressure; if it is more than normal measurement, it is the pressure of systole, but if it is less than normal measurement, it is the pressure of diastole. The latter pressure will be more difficult for the doctor, so it is at least less than 90.
Hypertension is probably affected by some causes, such as hormone change in kidney, stress of nerve, kidney infection, and genetic factor (paralytic stroke, heart attack and kidney disease). Stimulation of nerve probably affects changes in softest arteries. The changes tend to be more permanent, probably due to the change in kidney. When nerves are easily getting disturbed, it can make blood pressure higher and heart pulsate fast.
Besides, hypertension is also probably caused by narrow blood vessel as a result of too much salt, fat, cholesterol, or kidney defect without adequate rennin production. The previous processes of blood pressure increase are:
- Light dislocation happens in neck accidentally due to improper treatments
- The decrease of elasticity and the increase of density happen in shoulder as a result of lactic acid hoarding, residue of burning or excessive cholesterol an others. The results cannot be dissolved and make neck and shoulder inelastic and thick.
The constriction of blood vessel and the decrease of elasticity make the amount or the volume of blood deficient for heart, and then it increases its beat for getting enough blood, so blood emission is getting faster and cause hypertension.
The inelasticity in neck is very dangerous because hypertension in climax can affect bad matters, such as:
§ Blood vessel breaks and blood overwhelms brain
§ Blood flow clog-ups due to constriction
§ Blood duct clog-ups due to the release of impurity covering narrow blood duct.
All of them affect brain have inadequate oxygen and death of brain cells in certain parts, and then cause death or stroke.
For prevention of hypertension, the one should avoid too much salt, fat and cholesterol-contained food, massaging carelessly in neck and shoulder, arrange menu of good food and check-up blood pressure each two months.
