CANCER
Cancer is the second cause of death after the heart disease. It is very tragic. This is not only because of the death caused by it, but also because of the “disasters” carried to the human being. The “disasters” mentioned are suffering and misery.
What is Cancer?
Cancer is kind of tumor threatening the life of human. Yet, in order that we can understand the meaning of its technical term fully, we have to “investigate” the use of tumor word.
Tumor is the enlargement part of the body abnormally. It is the clotting of body network consisting of the magnificent cells increasing abundantly, so that it does not include the design of normal human body and useless. The experts of medicines more like to use the technical term of Greek, neoplasm (the new growth) for the word of tumor.
The classification of Cancer widely
Actually, there are many types of cancer. This is because many kinds of normal network of body where the “evil” tumor can expand. The follows are the large group of cancer types:
1. Carcinoma is the group of largest cancer coming from the epitel cell covering the surface of body in all along the vessel and in every hollow space, and it forms the cells having a function in the gland.
2. Sarcoma is a cancer growing in the networks of the body support. In this cancer, we found the cancer growing from the fibrous network, bone, the blood vessel and the muscle network.
3. Leukemia, this cancer expands in the network of body producing the cells of blood, such as the bone with marrow and the lymph network.
4. Lymphoma, this cancer expands from the network of lymph.
What are the causes of cancer?
In many things, cancer concluded as the effect of genetic error. The experts investigate about the occurrence where the cancer can only expand in the members of certain family, and it appears in every generation. In addition, the closest friends look easy to attack kind of the same cancer. So that, in some occurrences its causes almost relate with the genetic factor fully. Yet, this has predicted in 80% of the cancer causes, some factors of surrounding effect cause the changes of normal cells becoming the cells of cancer.
The Factor Facilitating the attack of Cancer
There are some factors facilitating the cancer attack. Among others are:
1. The Cells of Body
Affected by the sunray too much can cause skin burnt (solar ceratoses). This is the first phase of this cancer. This usually happened to the farmers, seamen and the other people usually affected by the sunray. Too much getting the X ray will also increase the cancer risk. The people with dark skin are stronger because their skin pigment filters the ultraviolet ray, so that the network of skin protected.
2. Chemical
There is part of chemical causing the disturbance of cells in the body network. Many industries of chemical can spread the cancer. Ter of coral and ter of wood are used to affect the cancer of skin to the animals’ experiment in laboratory. Although we drink arsenic, it can cause the cancer of skin.
3. The Biological Factor
Perhaps, some kinds of viruses or a group of viruses cause the cancer. The animals of experiments can also cause some kinds of cancer by transferring the virus from the other animals. In addition, some people having a cancer contain the antibody in its network and the network has kept the liquid of anti cancer because of your effort. The experts hope that the antiviral vaccination can develop to protect the human being from the cancer attack.
4. The Problems of Life and Health
There are the other factors in the life changing the weakness of human toward the attack of cancer, such as age, sex and the position in the family.
